Mr. Novick has over 30 years in the staffing industry. He created and led two successful niche staffing companies with offices in multiple states.

Mr. Novick began his career in manufacturing advancing to Vice President of Operations leading hundreds of direct labor and management personnel. The first staffing company he created was leveraging off his years of manufacturing experience and addressing the need for high tech and skilled manufacturing personnel.

Ultimately, he grew it to 22 offices through the south, southeast, and western United States. Mr. Novick followed up with a second successful staffing company focused on placement of healthcare professionals within physician offices, labs and hospital environments.

With Mr. Novick’s 30 years of creating, managing, and leading his businesses, provided him the experience in all facets of a business from developing business plans, financial statements, forecasting, recruiting, payroll processing, marketing, selling, unemployment issues, risk management, government compliance and regulations, computer systems, advanced technology and human resources.

Mr. Novick was very active with the related professional associations of American Staffing Association (ASA), Texas Staffing Association (TSA) and Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). He was President of the Texas Staffing Association and Chairman of the Texas Regional American Staffing Association. During his tenor with ASA and TSA he represented staffing companies in Texas; advocating the use of staffing and promoting positive State and Federal regulations toward staffing.

Mr. Novick is a graduate from Drake University with an undergraduate degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administrative with the concentration in Production Management. He also holds a graduate degree from Southern Methodist University with a Masters Degree in Engineering Management from the School of Engineering.

Mr. Markmann has a strong background as an international corporate executive and a Staffing entrepreneur. This has been a 40 plus, passionate year ride.

Born in Santiago Chile, Mr. Markmann began his professional career in 1976. Family part owners of local bank sold to Scotiabank – Canada, for over twenty years he worked in the banking sector holding key executive positions.

Since 1999 Mr. Markmann has build a strong group of staffing companies – Grupo Alcansa, specialized in full Staffing solutions.

Grupo Alcansa international arm is AMR International. Mr. Markmann serves as AMR International President. AMR International head office is based out of Miami.

Alberto was educated at The Grange School in Santiago, Chile.  He holds a Bachelor of Science with a major in Industrial Management and a minor in Psychology from Purdue University (W. Lafayette, Ind., USA).

Alberto is a past board member of the Chile – Canada Chamber of Commerce and participates in boards in Chile and abroad.

Over 30 years of successful recruiting and business development expertise, primarily in the Information Technology industry. This expertise has led to a successful career working with Fortune 500 companies and highly successful consulting firms. Excelling in the ability to identify and hire top quality professionals at both regional and national levels and possessing excellent communication skills, fostering excellent rapport between clients and candidates.

Ron began his career with McDonnell Douglas in St. Louis, MO where he was a part of the Professional Services Consulting Group who employed over 525 IT Consultants. Anheuser-Busch, Monsanto, Union Pacific were a few major accounts Ron managed during this time period until he moved back to the Cleveland OH area to work for Data Corp as the Branch Manager of the Akron-Canton Office.

Ron later held IT Recruiting Management positions at New Resources, Advizex Technologies, Client Strategy Group and DSP Solutions.

Ron earned a degree at the University of Akron where he was a 4 year Football letter winner and is a member of the University of Akron Sports Hall of Fame.

Mr. Barrett is a seasoned “C-level” executive with over 30 years of executive & financial experience. Past accomplishments include acquiring and selling companies, restructuring financial and operational processes, managing key vendor and banking relationships, establishing strategic direction for various companies and successfully launching various start up companies. Mr. Barrett has a reputation for “getting things done” and blends strong fiscal management with extensive leadership, operational and industry knowledge.

Previously Mr. Barrett was the President of IronRoad and was responsible for establishing the strategic vision, mission & values, proposing the annual finance goals, and implementing the Board of Directors. In addition, Mr. Barrett managed the day to day operations regarding Sales, Services, IT and the Operations team. Prior to IronRoad, Mr. Barrett was the Senior Vice President, CFO & COO for AdvizeX Technologies, a leading information technology infrastructure solutions provider. Mark served as the CEO of the company on an interim basis as well.

As a 14 year veteran, Mr. Barrett was known as a results-oriented executive with expertise in all financial and operational areas of the business. He was responsible for leading the finance, operations, marketing, human resources, information technology and legal functions of the business. Mr. Barrett served as the corporate Secretary, which included preparing for, presenting, and governing multiple Board of Director meetings. Mr. Barrett led the management team through a leveraged buyout in 2005, and lead the due diligence process to sell the company to a strategic buyer in the fall of 2012 for ~ $32M.

Prior to joining AdvizeX, Mr. Barrett served as the Group Controller for Zaring National Corporation, a $1B NASDAQ listed luxury homebuilder based in Cincinnati, Ohio. During his tenure at Zaring, Mr. Barrett was responsible for all financial reporting and accounting aspects of the Company. He was instrumental in designing and implementing an effective turnaround strategy that contributed to the acquisition of Zaring by The Drees Company.

Mr. Barrett began his career with Price Waterhouse Coopers where he advanced over 10 years to a Senior Manager role in the Business Assurance Audit Group. Mr. Barrett gained extensive cross industry experience (including SEC reporting & compliance) in driving both financial and operational improvements for his clients. He was recognized as one of the firm’s top national audit instructors.

Mr. Barrett earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Bowling Green State University in Ohio, and achieved his certification as a certified public accountant (CPA).

Tomás has more than 10 years as a Regional Manager of various markets throughout the world, mainly managing portfolios of consumer goods.

Born in Santiago Chile, Mr. Markmann began his professional career in Santander Bank in Chile, where he then moved into the exporting sector, working for different family owned companies involved in the production of wine, poultry, salmon and dairy products.

Since 2015 Mr. Markmann has been in the board of directors of Grupo Alcansa, a multi-million dollar group specialized in full Staffing solutions.

In 2021, Tomás was named General Manager of a new arm of Grupo Alcansa, Grupo Aban. He is today leading very successful operations with some very renown customers in Chile.

Tomás was educated at Santiago College School in Santiago, Chile. He holds a Business degree with a Masters in Marketing Science and a minor in Publicity from Adolfo Ibañez University.
